Non-Recourse Receivables Assignment
NON-RECOURSE RECEIVABLES ASSIGNMENT

FOR THE RECEIPT OF GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, all ownership rights and interest of [Name of assignor], hereinafter referred to as the Assignor, in the following accounts receivables: [Accounts receivables] are hereby conveyed and assigned to [Name of assignee], hereinafter referred to as "Assignee".
This transfer is made pursuant to a contract between the Assignor and the Assignee dated on [Date of assignment]. The Assignee acknowledges said assignment and transfer is without recourse for nonpayment of the assigned accounts receivables. The Assignee further acknowledges that said assignment is in complete satisfaction of the outstanding debt.
